xwiki-dev-tools containing
xwiki-debug-eclipse
xwiki-debug-idea
other xwiki related development helpers
+ The release scripts.
If nobody is
against this, I will create an xwiki-dev-tools project
and put inside it the xwiki-debug-idea.
How do we proceed for moving the xwiki-debug-eclipse?
