Hi!
The URL should not be the default one. You should provide the full address
: <http://localhost/xwiki/xmlrpc>http://localhost/xwiki/xmlrpc (this is
temporal)
There is a low chance that the user knows the url of the xml-rpc
servlet, you should provide the correct address by default, as XEclipse
does.
A nicer dialog is needed there, that needs to remember at least the url
of the last used server.
The Wiki Explorer seems to have some issues:
- I see pages on the same level as the spaces.
- It's hard to find the window after losing its' focus.
- When does it expand a node and when does it open a page for editing?
- Clicking the 'Navigation Panel' button in the menu, creates another
instance of the window. I think you should use only one instance.
Thanks,
Florin Ciubotaru
Hope it will work,
Cristina

Hi all!
If you were curious about how is going with XOO, you can install it in
your
OpenOffice 3.0. You can find more details about
how to install it and the
extension archive in my blog :
http://gsoc.myxwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki+Integration+With+Open+Office/X…
There are still a lot of features to implement,
but your feedback is very
important to me.
I used the zip attached to the page to install, and I can't seem to be
able
to
login. I tried on localhost with the default provided URL and also on
xwiki.org
with my user and pass. I keep on getting the "Login failed! please check...
"
message.
Happy coding,
Anca
Thank you,
Cristina
