+1, this is an interesting point, this should have been translatable, and
All is more appropriate than none. Another possibility is "Not filtered",
but All is fine for the current implementation. FYI, with data of some
complexity, we have in fact found several other special cases that have
shown to be useful:
- not filtered : currently the 'none' that you want to replace by 'all'
- not filled : filter on missing values
- filled : the reverse of not filled, only show not empty values
- all : means to show all the listed cases (which is only equivalent to not
filtered if all possible value were listed)

It should be made translatable AND the default value in the translations
set to "All"
Making strings translatable in my view does not need a vote. But changing
the value does
