Well it should already be that way actually, i done that some time ago
already. I will look what's wrong.
I think dead translations are also listed under "Empty Translations" and
"Translations to review".

e.g. Total Number in German is 2508 (thats translations including dead
translations). Also Empty Translations is 261 (including dead translation).
When i want to translate all empty translations i always get the dead ones
too -> if its possible dead translations should not be counted and not be
listed.
