I am using tortoise svn, and after I tried a few times to commit I
stopped filling in the text area for the log message, because I knew
that I can write it after the commit.
Most source control systems, including svn, allow you to do that. But it
seems that it doesn't work on our server.
Sometimes, for various reasons, we need to alter a commit's log
message(not necessary the last one). It will be nice it Raffaello could
fix this.

I tried to
edit the log after the commit, but it didn't work because the
server is not propchange enabled.
Will enabling property editing, after commits, raise any issues? Because
it will be usefull in some(rare) cases.
