Most source control systems, including svn, allow you to do that. But it
seems that it doesn't work on our server.
Sometimes, for various reasons, we need to alter a commit's log
message(not necessary the last one). It will be nice it Raffaello could
fix this.

I had some problems with my svn account. When the commit went through, I
already stopped inputing the commit log.
I don't know what you mean here but if you want to be sure that your
comment will be sent you can do svn -m "message"
I tried to
edit the log after the commit, but it didn't work because the
server is not propchange enabled.
Will enabling property editing, after commits, raise any issues? Because
it will be usefull in some(rare) cases.
