We will keep the homepage, footer and the menu. Not sure how many problems

It would be nice to have Flamingo for testing purposes, but we will need to
remove the AppBar (since it's mostly useful for Groupware Flavor, not
documentation; and we are having custom panels).
So it will still be a custom skin, the question is
with what base: Junco or Flamingo?

Personally I think I’d prefer to start using Flamingo with a custom
xwiki.org Color Theme (allows us to test Flamingo more and not have to
support Junco).
