Header 3.1 :: Cell 3.2 :: Cell 3.3 Delimiters "::" and "!!" for cells and headers respectively are used for non-english keyboard layouts (like russian) where pipe symbols ("|") does not exist. Table creation with pipes in russian is very very painful - you have to swich keybord layout every time when you need to create a new cell or a header. With "::" and "!!" there is no problem!
