I've created bug http://jira.xwiki.org/jira/browse/XWIKI-5229 because the
livetable select field default value is not translatable and is not using a
good term (as noticed by some heavy livetable users).
I would like to propose we use "All" instead of "none"

Wouldn't it be better to make it translatable? I agree that
"All" is better
than "none" but having it translatable would be even better :-)
+1 for "All" if making the string translatable is too complex.
