I don't know what you mean by "extraConfigs" but you can checkout https://github.com/xwiki-contrib/application-ckeditor/blob/application-cked… to see how to use an external plugin (in the first version of the CKEditor integration the Source plugin was defined in a wiki page as a proof of concept).
