We just did a facebook connect code on a project. If you let us a little
time (a week or so), we'll publish the sample code on extensions.xwiki.org.
It has both registration and authentification for facebook.
We also have code for Facebook invitations.

My main interest currently is:
- for FaceBook and maybe Google (so OAuth and not OpenID if I do not mistake)
- against XWIKI 1.5.4 (I know it's a shame but I'll just port and/or modify

There is an open ID authentication patch on JIRA

I have in store a Facebook authentication done in groovy as wiki page
(+ a custom login.vm template). I need to clean it a bit though before
I contribute it. I should be able to do that in the coming weeks.
