Thanks Thomas, I have found at the top of each "form translation page" the
link to the real translation page where full history is available.

l10n.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/L10N/Search

We have a huge history table with 2,3M lines (as well as an activity
stream) and we use the history table for extracting contributor
statistics.
