Since I believe is better to have ideas for Forum Application reported in
the appropriate project (XAFORUM) and not in the generic Ideas project.
And if we will report only core stuff, than I see no improvements from a
project versus an issue type (+ an Other component).

we are splitting ideas in multiple places.

Well why doesn't belong anymore? You could
just mark it as "Idea”.
It’ll never be implemented there because we decided that the repos of the
xwiki github org are for core stuff only (see my comment on the issue). So
why mislead people into thinking it might be implemented when we know it
won’t?
