These are temporary folders used during PDF export. Normally, they
should be removed after the export finishes. It's OK to delete these
folders manually, just that they shouldn't be left there in the first
place. Can you try to export a PDF manually and check if a new folder is
created? If it happens for every export, then there's something wrong.
