- Did you meet any issue during the installation process?
- Yes
- No
- Which ones?
- Did you meet others issues?
Condense these 3 in only 2 (the last 2 can have similar answers).
I think you should group the questions to reflect the Who, Where, When,
What, How, Why groups of questions.
Like when you talk about installation process ("meet any issue", etc) group,
add "Which OS do you use?" with that set of questions.
In my opinion the most important questions are:
"Which needs do you expect our product to
answer?"
"Are you satisfied with the use of XWiki Enterprise Manager concerning:"
Questions like:
"Which version of XWiki Enterprise Manager did
you downloaded/do you use?"
can be find out from the download page statistics. Also depending on the
user he might not know exactly and even don't care.
Questions like:
"Who are you testing our product for?"
"You have installed XWiki Enterprise Manager"
find out the same answer (if is for me is on my pc, other on a server)
You could do:
- a first part with "mandatory" questions that really need answering (not
very many), like satisfaction (with short answers 1-5 - very condense),
suggestion, etc.
- and another set of questions in the end with stuff that would be nice to
know (like OS, period of time, version) - that may take too much time for
the user to answer and only a true devoted person would answer them.

Hello
I have started to list questions that could be part of the satisfaction
survey about the XWiki products :
http://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Drafts/SatisfactionSurveyProducts
I propose to get first feedback about XWiki Enterprise and XWiki
Enterprise Manager. So, I have made two different forms. But:
1. maybe, one form can be sufficient.
2. the questions in each form can be different.
Again, I'd like your feedback about it/them.
Thanks in advance for your help and your time.
Emilie
