Still I agree that when doing a release or even when trying to work on
design wiki I always feel guilty that I'm disturbing people.
Now if we create this separate channel, we need to document it, on the IRC
page on
xwiki.org and even/maybe in the #xwiki channel title/description.
I'm +1 for the moving of the Bot.
