I'm +1 to move our Docker images to Java 11, however I wouldn't do the
change for our CI right now: according to
https://www.jetbrains.com/lp/devecosystem-2019/java/ java8 is still the
most used java version so I'd say it's better to have both version
tested (Java11 with docker test and java8 with our standard build)
