There's a small problem though… We have XWiki Eclipse and XWiki Office too and we
don't release them together with the rest…
So I had to document that XWiki meant XWiki Platform, XWiki Enterprise and XWiki
Enterprise Manager.

PS: BTW we forgot to have XEM release notes for 4.2M1, M2, M3 and RC1… Doesn't matter
anymore though.

I propose to do this ASAP for 4.2 final (I can do the refactoring).
