No conflict UI but it will be unselected by default in the list of
pages to delete at the end.
I’m not going to delete the QuickLinks Panel. It’ll just be modified and not used by
default.

I read it too quickly and tough you wanted to simply remove it since
it wasn't used anymore.
Indeed it doesn’t have much value and it could be a good idea to remove it (would generate
less merge conflicts in the future). The only potential pitfall is if we need to have a
Quick Links panel in the future, but I guess we had one because we were missing places in
the UI where to put various stuff and over time we reduce it to the minimum and now that
we have a place for Sandbox too, it’s not useful anymore…
Who would be in favor of removing it altogether?
