lots of sense to me.
You might want to add a line about this when people are commenting as well as a procedure
to respond/process/delete comments.
Not sure I understand this part about commenting. Could you provide more details? uld be to add a line around the form to submit a
comment that invites the users to formulate jira issues instead.
