I'm going to commit http://jira.xwiki.org/browse/XWIKI-11167 to master and
stable-6.2.x. With the green button on the top (you can see the
screenshots).
It seems important to have this in 6.2.2, in order to not having users used
to the in-page location.
We can debate about if we prefer a black background, not having a button
but an element like Wiki/Space/Page etc... and I hope we can reach to an
agreement for 6.3.
