NB: I have it up and running on a local XWiki instance, but could not
use it on xwiki.org (XML-RPC requests return HTTP 405 Method Not
Allowed) or on the hosted wikis on xwiki.com (see
http://www.nabble.com/XMLRPC-on-xwiki.com-tf2958729.html ).
