That's because you only looked at branches of the current master, you
have https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/tree/stable-3.5.x and
https://github.com/xwiki/xwiki-platform/tree/stable-3.4.x for example
which are not on 4.0-SNAPSHOT
