Yes, we'll need something like this.
* the actions are relevant to the current page, but are displayed in a
more
global menu. But we could also argue that they
concern the notification
area so it's ok and quite intuitive.
* it still need an extra-click to see the state of the page (but as
before
in the first Flamingo's version and Colibri)
but it does not cost a lot
(nothing compared to a modal box to open).
If everyone agrees, I can implement this way.
