I would like to perform releases for Apps of the https://github.com/xwikisas/
repositories.
My current work is on
[application-googleapps](https://github.com/xwikisas/application-googleapps/). To do this,
I would need an account on nexus.xwiki.org.

This seems to be some XWiki SAS github organization and not the XWiki open source project
one.
Maybe you should contact XWiki SAS infra team and ask them?
