Hi,
How can i set admin rights for this page (*http://
<host>/xwiki/bin/import/XWiki/Import?editor=import&space=XWiki*) to all the
registered users.

Hi Prathap,
Currently you can't. Import is governed under admin rights.
If you want to allow imports you need to make an XWiki page handling
both the code in ImportAction.java and the one in /templates/import.vm
This is doable. You can check the ImportExport application which allows
selective export for an example.
