Hi,
I tried setting up the dev environment for testing but my "Maven install"
is failing. I am getting build error that says "Non resolvable Parent POM
for org.xwiki...". If there any set up guide, please redirect me to that.

the settings.xml file for Maven?

I have forked both the repo(platform + enterprise). No, I didn't create
the settings.xml file. The pom was already there so I thought it will
resolve the dependencies. I will try with the link you have provided.

Yes, you have to create settings.xml and configure the repos since they are
not present in the poms on GitHub.
