I am trying to create a macro with all this code inside, inclusive the {{toc}}, just to facilitate, but the toc is not rendered.

I have also tried to leave the {{toc}} out of the new macro and use it as the content of the new macro, but not worked too. I thinking that it is something about rendering context... that is not possible to determine the headings when the toc is nested in a macro or as a content of a macro.
