Hi Devs,
I tried building Xwiki from the Sources day before yesterday and I got 2
artifacts missing when i try to build Xwiki/trunk ,Today Xwiki/trunk build
succesfully and Xwiki Enterprise 2.0 still has one artifact missing.
Following artifact is missing.
Missing:
----------
1) com.xpn.xwiki.platform:xwiki-web-standard:war:2.0
Try downloading the file manually from the project website.
Could you please let me know whether it is temporarily failure.( Since
previous check outs and building did not generate this error)
(I am using settings.xml in the xwiki.org site for building)

First of all, why do you need to build the entire trunk? This is the job
of the continuous integration server ( http://hudson.xwiki.org/ ). You
should checkout and build only the code you modify. See
http://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Community/Building#HBuildingwithMaven
. If something is not clear in the documentation then please help us
improve it.
Usually the quickest way to integrate your changes in an XE instance is to:
(1) download a recent XE build from http://maven.xwiki.org/
(2) build the module you modify
(3) copy the generated jar in WEB-INF/lib
If you work offline then you should:
(1) build the module you modify
(2) build platform/web/standard
(3) build enterprise/

Thank you for the quick reply.
With the Enterprise 2.2 RC the problem is solved and XE instance is
successfully built.
I actually checked out Enterprise 2.0 version that might have occurred the
dependency error.I checked out whole the trunk to get an idea about the core
but mainly focusing on *office importer application *and currently build
cycle is as you mentioned.
