Hello,
Since we have integrated XWiki with Sakai and we are helping to develop
test plans for the integration tool. I wanted ask if there are any UI
tests available for XWiki?
This would be helpful to our goal.

Yes we have quite several.
You can check these ones:

They are based on Selenium2.
