Hi,
Just noticed that XWiki logging-in currently depends on the Database:
* On most databases it's case sensitive
* On MySQL it's case insensitive (as MySQL is by default case-
insensitive)
Do we want to keep this behavior or do we standardize on one strategy
across all databases, like doing case-sensitive logins all the time?

I'd say that XWiki should not depend on the environment at all. Right
now, we depend on the system encoding setting, on the case-sensitivity
of the database, on the browser (TinyMCE doesn't work in Opera), and
maybe others.
