After gathering some Action Menus feedback, we decided to go for another
iteration for them.

1. New "Add" menu
2. Wiki/Space/Page separation
3. New "Delete" Space entry and relocation of some Page actions

Looks very good.
One idea: the top menu looks so much like Windows Seven explorer
address bar that i would suggest the same behavior for the ">>"
element: for example when over the one between wiki and space list
other possible spaces in a drop down list with the possibility to
click on them to quickly go there. Also maybe clicking on the space
could go on space main page (same for the wiki).
