Hi bugslayer (you're welcome whenever you want in the xwiki dev team to slay some bugs ;)), We don't control ObjectWeb's infra and it's sometimes down. I guess it'll be back in a few days (Monday probably since they don't usually work the week end... :(). Luckily we're also uploading our releases in our own Maven repository so they are available there: http://maven.xwiki.org/release I'm not sure which file you're looking for.
