If you want an username and password you need first to create an account.
You can do so easily by clicking on "register" on the top right of the
screen on XWiki.org and then follow the steps.

Hi!
I will start with the third option because Eclipse is the IDE which I
currently use to develop software in Java. I tried to use a site
downloader
(wget), but it starts to download a lot of things
and I just want the
documentation part.
Just as a sidenote, you can configure wget to download only pages from
a sub-range, like /xwiki/bin/view/UserGuide
But using XEclipse is better for us, as it is a very new tool which
wasn't tested much, so a user's opinion is most welcome. However,
don't expect too much from it, as it is just a very early release with
basic features only.
