Is this standard for all sheets on RC1, or just users?

It's my fault. I broke this in RC1. I had some checks to prevent
velocity errors appearing in the logs but as a consequence the edit
fields are only displayed if they have content thus making it a chicken
and egg problem. Right now you could use "Edit Objects" to add data but
I'll fix for RC2.
