If you are referring to the new WYSIWYG (for XWiki 2.0 syntax) then all
the labels should be found in http://tinyurl.com/bwrlho . Right now the
language is not automatically detected, I think, but we'll take care of
it soon.

-Some panel headers: just editing the panel allows me to translate
-the tabs with Comments/attachments/history/information footer: which I have
no idea how to translate.
My question is specially about the third point, how can I change it?, the content is
properly translated, but the TAB name is still in English.
