Hello,
I have some problems with my XWiki installation. I'm using XWiki Enterprise
6.4 and I've tried some extentions (installed and deinstalled them) and
deleted the original Admin user account as mentioned in the manual.
Now there are some missing localization strings in the Wiki and I also get
an exception.

Where is it suggested that Admin user should be deleted ? This
"advice" should be removed IMO...
This was not a very good thing in your case (and in many case, I
usually just make sure the Admin user have a safe password or even a
generated password I quickly forget myself) since as you can see in
the error message this user is the author of the translation page (the
user that was used to install those pages) with which you have issues
(the author of the translation require proper right for them to be
taken into account).

Finally found the page you were referring to. I just updated the
related section to be more clear.
Note that this is security advices that anyone can add, calling that
"official documentation" is like calling Wikipedia "the ultimate
truth" :)

So, is there any solution for this problem without reinstalling the XWiki?
Or is this the only way to solve the problem?
You could simply restore XWiki.Admin user (go to
http://yourdomain/xwiki/bin/view/XWiki/Admin and restore the page) and
put it back in XWikiAdminGroup and XWikiAllGroup groups.

If you adde the user to right groups so that he got back admin rights
you should then restart so that translation, macros, etc. are
reloaded.
