I had faced similar issue and I hope you are also talking about the same.
I had reported this on one of the threads.
There is a slight bug in one of their vm templates in albatross skin.
in editinline.vm please add the following line:
<input type="hidden" name="parent" value="$!request.parent" />
I think they should fix this in the svn.
Thanks

Hi everyone,
I've committed this afternoon an Eclipse bundle "org.xwiki.appserver" in
the xwiki-sandbox, which was written by Mikhail Kotelnikov and which is
available under the Apache License.
The component declares an extension point "org.xwiki.appserver.webapps"
for registering webapps that are then loaded by the Eclipse component
"org.eclipse.tomcat". Using this component, we can then easily run the
XWiki webapp entirely from a set of Eclipse plugins + XWiki components.
A step by step tutorial for doing this is available from there:
http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Community/XWikiAndEclipse_Setup
We went through this tutorial this afternoon with Fabio and everything
went fine.
The bundle may be useful for deploying easily the XWiki offline module
together with XWiki-Eclipse. We may consider replacing it by Dysoweb at
some point, which looks more powerful, but I don't have experience with
Dysoweb for now: http://dysoweb.requea.com/
Cheers
Stéphane

Hi all,
I would like to release XEM 1.0RC1 as XE 1.2 final is now released.
The main new features is Wiki Manager GlobalSearch that implement a
multiwiki version of search(), searchDocuments() and
searchDocumentsNames(). It's also the first XEM released based on
final 1.2 version of XE.
If no important bug is found in this release it will be promote as XEM
1.0 final .
You can look at
http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/ReleaseNotesXEM10RC1 for more
details.
Here my +1

Hi all,
I create a page to change the parent to a chosen page using:
#set ($mydoc = $xwiki.getDocument("some.page"))
$mydoc.setParent($targetdoc)
$mydoc.save()
It works but in the tree page I see the changed page into its original tree
location.
What is my fault ??
Thanks
Raffo
Hi all,
Please, why Novell LDAP classes for Java ldap.jar has been renamed as
ldap-UNKNONW.jar in XWiki distributions? May I propose to rename it to
include the release date and the "origin"? For the updated ldap.jar
available at http://developer.novell.com/wiki/index.php/Jldap it could
be ldap-novell-20071012.jar.
I've noted that there is another jar with this syntax,
googleapi-UNKNOWN-xwiki.jar. And that other includes what it also seems
a date as proposed for ldap.jar, swizzle-confluence-1.1-20070908-xwiki.jar.
Thanks!

Please, Colin, what LDAP authentication classes are you using? The ones
bundled with XWiki distribution? Any of the releases of the extension
attached to XWIKI-1079?
As you can read in the notes attached to this Jira issue Vincent has
asked about its state of the art and, if the problems are solved,
include it in the coming 1.3 M1 XWiki release.
Gunter, Jiri and Matthieu seem not to be in contact at the moment.
Could
you test this extension and see if it works for you in case you have
not
done it yet? Thanks!
I am testing binding to eDirectory, but I have not AD available here.
Cheers,
Ricardo
