It was done like this on purpose, but I know what you mean.
There are some differences between them (like the icons) but the
differences are very small.
Maybe some styling could be made to clearly show where
you are in the app.
In a topic ? In a forum ?
Right now the only mention of your location is found in the breadcrumb.
In my opinion, it could be achieved by removing the borders of the forum
description:

This option was one that I though about it, the problem is that I cannot
remove the border because of the right actions. If I would remove the
border they would hang.
