Hi, Nice idea. I guess we would also need a way to mark an issue/topic/complaint as solved starting with a particular XWiki version. It would also be nice to have a list of possibly related jira issues or the actually existing jira for the particular complaint. Both things should be done automatically (based on the complaint's content) or manually (set by us) for the top complaints at least. Generally, I like the idea, but we also need to be prepared for some trash talk plus the usual SPAM (maybe Google's "No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA" would help a lot there). We just need to take it constructively.
