Hi Kasun,
Bad idea, someone can take your proposal and put it on melange now!
Your proposal can be edited while it's uploaded to melange and we can
provide you feed-back there. It's good to discuss matters on the mailing
list in public but this is your proposal we're talking about :)
Please put your proposal into melange and continue from there onwards, I'll
go through your proposal once it's uploaded and provide you with some
feed-back. Btw, there is no such thing as a 100% complete proposal ;)
