[xwiki-devs] [VOTE] Make ComponentManager a component

Hi,

I'd like to remove the usage of Composable and instead inject directly  
the ComponentManager.

Implementation note: I'll  create a component manager component  
wrapping ComponentManager (thus using Composable internally).
