* Moving Toucan to contrib/retired with a build that can generate a zip for the skin
* Explaining the retirement in the RN and explaining quickly how to install it should the
user want to continue having it after he upgrades

This means that our only supported skin will be Colibri (added in 2.0, our
default since Sep 2009, base skin since Dec 2010).
