I have the captcha turned on and a setting in
xwiki.properties will turn it
off. Should this be reversed?
A. On by default
B. Off by default
My +1 is for A because I like showing off my captchas to everyone.
Most import is that it should be easy to enable/disable. Then you will
have people using it (there was people using it even with the old hard
to use and buggy plugin).
