Hi devs,
I'd like to continue on this work area but I want to be sure we all agree about this.
For example this means adding a lot of new APIs in XWikiStoreInterface to return
List<DocumentReference> instead of List<String>, etc.
I believe it's fine with everyone but since this is going to cause a lot of changes I
thought I should ask to ensure we are all aware of it.

PS: I say non velocity API since we haven't decided yet what we do on the velocity
side. That'll be another email.
