Why are we doing this?
Did we agree about a strategy? I'm worried about aligning versions for all apps in
case we decided something.
My fault, I should have sent a proposal first.
I was thinking that since we're moving applications to the 2.0 syntax,
we could bump the version numbers to 2.x. Plus, the administration
application will see a major rewrite, so changing the prefix would be nice.
