Hi,
Thomas and I would like to release both the Application Manager +
Wiki Manager plugins and applications. They are needed for XEM 1.0M1.
Preliminary docs:

* No doc yet on the Wiki Manager app and plugin but they are
forthcoming for the release.
I propose to release them as 1.0M1.
