Hi,
As usual (*sigh*, we need to fix that!) we've lagged in the release of XE 3.5M1 and we
need to define what are the new dates.
Since we want 3.5 to be a short release I propose to do the following:
* Skip 3.5M1 and instead go straight to 3.5RC1
* Release 3.5RC1 on Tuesday 14th (Marius who's the RM isn't available on the
13th). This means we need to start stabilizing **NOW** and fix all failing tests in order
to be ready Tuesday morning.
* Call 3.5RC1 the Love Release ;) since it's on Valentine's day…
* Keep the 3.5 final date for the 20th of February

We could also skip RC1 instead of skipping M1 and release M1 on 14th of Feb and go
straight to final.
The pro is that we don't need to perform the rename in the source code.

Sounds better yes since it's actually a milestone and not a release
candidate so make more sens to say that we do a final release without
RC before than saying that this version which contain lots of new
stuff that should never be in a RC is a RC.
