Hi devs,
I think it's time to clean up a bit our wiki on xwiki.org and remove old info messages
about XWiki 1.x and 2.x.
For example at the top of
http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Features/RightsManagement
We could keep XWiki 3.x and 4.x information for now.

+1. There are also places where this is done the other way around:
assume a 1.x or 2.x installation, with boxes about how this will work in
a "future" version. In this case, the whole documentation needs to be
refreshed.
