there are already the rights which control access to various actions, so
captcha
on top of the rights is only useful when XWikiGuest has these rights and

I'm pretty sure you'll get plenty of people testing it even though it's not
activated by default.
I'll give it a try as soon as Hudson provides a working build (might already
be available).
